Proot o, University Report : A copy, receipt, application, notice, order, proceeding or resoluticn ol any authority or committee ol the University or other documents in possession olthe University of any entry in any registerduly maintaineC by the University, if certified by the registrar, shall be received as prima tacie evidence of such receipt, application, notice, orde( proceeding, resolulion of document or the existence of entry in the register and shallbe admitted as evidence ofthe matters and the transactions therein recorded where the original therefor would, if produced, have been admissible in evidence;
