THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH SALARY, ALLOWANCES AND PENSION OF MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020.
(ACT NO. 6 OF 2020) AN ACT
further to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members of the Legislative Assembly Act, 1983 (Act No. 8 of 1983).
BE itenacted by the Legislative Assembly ofArunachal Pradesh in the Seventy First Year
of the Republic of India as follows :-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Salary, Allowances and Shorttitle and
Pension of Members of the Legislative Assembly (Amendment) Act, 2020. commence-
ment
- (2)1t shall be deemed to have come intc force with effect from 1st April, 2020
