125, Penalties not otherwise provided for:- If any person contravenes or attempts to contravene or abets the contravention ofany ofthe provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder other than those punishable under the provisions herein before contained, he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees for every such contravention.
