Section 32 of THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING (REGULATION) ACT,1989 (ACT NO. 6 OF 1990)

Government raise money required for carrying out the purpose for which it is established on the security of any property, vested in it and of any fees liveable by it under this Act.

(2)The Market Committee may for the purpose of meeting the initial expenditure on lands, buildings and equipment's required for establishing the market, obtain loan or grant,-in-aid from the Government.
(3)the conditions subject to which such money or loan or grant-in- aid should be raise or obtained and the time within which the same

shall be repayable, shall be subject to previous, sanction of the
