Section 1 of The Andhra Pradesh Members of Police Force (Regulation of Transfers) Act, 1985.
Short title, application and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Members of Police Force (Regulation of Transfers) Act, 1985.
- (2)It shall apply to persons appointed to police force, whether appointed before or after the commencement of this Act.
- (3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th October, 1984.
