Section 32B of THE ANDHRA PRADESH FOREST ACT, 1967

Vehicles involved in smuggling Red Sanders Wood/Sandal Wood/ Scheduled tree- Wherever a vehicle is found to be involved in a forest offence involving Red Sanders Wood/Sandal Wood or Scheduled Tree, it will be presumed that the vehicle owner has committed the forest offence himself or through his agents and shall be liable for punishment as if he has committed the offence unless contrary is proved.
