Section 7 of The Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2007

2) In case the claim of expected performance found factitious, the possessor of such cotton seed shall be responsible for payment of all such claims related to agronomic performance as specified in sub-section (1);

(3)The compensation payable under sub-sections (1) and (2) shall be assessed and fixed by the Committee appointed for each agro-climatic zone separately, consisting of crop experts and representatives of the Government as may be notified.
