Persons concerned may submit objections to Collector as to nature of proposed work.

Pending inquiry by the 1[Collector] or within 60 days from the date when the copy of the notice is affixed in the aforesaid manner, all concerned persons may submit their objections to the 1[Collector] in regard to the nature of the proposed work.
