Section 1 of Telangana Prohibition of Absorption of Employees of State Government Public Sector Undertakings into Public Service Act, 1997.
Short title and commencement.
- (1)This Act may be called the 2Telangana Prohibition of Absorption of Employees of State Government Public Sector Undertakings into Public Service Act, 1997.
- (2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 26th November, 1996.
