Section 30 of Seconda ry Education Examination [1966: KAR. ACT 16
Proceedings not invalidated by reason of vacancies, etc.- No act
or proceeding of the Board or of the Examiners' Committee or any other committee constituted by the Board shall be invalidated merely by reason of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Board or a committee or any other defect or informality not affecting the merits of the case.
