Amendment of section 16

In section 16 of the Principal Act, - (I) After clause (2), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(2a) If he is not an indigenous inhabitant of the State or a permanent resident of the village."

(ii)In clause (6), after the words "Government seivant the words "or employee of an Area Ccundll"shall stand omitted.
