Section 29 of KARNATAKA ACT NO.21 OF 2013

disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of bodies of the University, if he,-

1. (a)is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
2. (b)is an un discharged insolvent;
3. (c)has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;
4. (d)is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or
5. (e)has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere;
6. (f)As and when the Sponsoring Body were to form an opinion in writing that a Member of any of the authorities or bodies is unfit to hold the post.
