Section 21 of KARNATAKA ACT NO. 14 OF 2010

Authorities of the University.- The following shall be the authorities of the University,

namely:-

(i)The Board of Governors;
(ii)The Board of Management;
(iii)The Academic Council;
(iv)Research Council;
(v)Distance Education Committee;
(vi)The Finance Committee; and
(vii)Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the
