Section 28 of KARNATAKA ACT NO. 12 OF 2019

1. (i)The Chancellor or his Nominee - Chairperson
2. (ii)The Pro-Chancellor - Member
3. (iii)The Vice-chancellor - Member
4. (iv)The Registrar - Member
5. (v)The Finance Officer - Secretary
6. (vi)One nominee of the Sponsoring Body - Member and
7. (vii)Such other members as may be specified in the statutes.

1. (2)The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Rules and Statutes co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
