Section 14 of KARNATAKA ACT NO. 12 OF 2013

Power to remove difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of

this Act, the State Government may by order published in the official Gazette make provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as it appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
