Section 91 of KARNATAKA ACT NO. 11 of 2009

the credit of the provident fund accounts of the persons referred to in section 90 as on date

specified in the order shall be paid to the Karnataka State Law University out of	the accumulation
in the superannuation fund and other like funds, if any, of the	Karnataka University, the Bangalore

University, the Tumkur University, the Mysore University, the Gulbarga University, the Mangalore University, the Women University, the Kuvempu University such amount as have been credited to the superannuation fund or other like funds, if any, on behalf of the persons referred to in section 90. The amount so paid shall form part of the superannuation fund or other like funds, if any, that may be established by the Karnataka State Law University for the benefit of its employees.
