Section 38 of CHARITABLE INAMS ABOLITION ACT, 1973

Power to remove difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the

provisions of this Act, the State Government may make such order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty:
